Terms of Services
Kindly read this ToS carefully before deciding to order to avoid canceling mid-processI will only take on your order when you've read the ToS and agreed to all the terms. By ordering, I assumed you've agreed to all the terms belowIf you have any problems or questions about the rules or other things, please let me know
1. WORK PROCESS (IMPORTANT)
Step 1: I receive orders and customer pays 50% upfront (I will continue the next step only after receiving this payment)
Step 2: Rough sketch -> Sketch
Step 3: Finalize the clean sketch and the customer pays 50% left (I will continue the next step only after receiving this payment)
Step 4: Render and finalize
Deadline: 1 week - 1 month (may change depending on the artworks' complexity or customer's request. If the deadline is too urgent, there may be an extra fee based on the time)
Reviews: Maximum 3 overall reviews before the finished artwork (sketch, line, refined artwork)
2. PAYMENT
- Payment process: 50% right after placing orders and 50% left after the clean sketch (Review section 1.WORK PROCESS for more detail)
- Payment via Paypal only. Tips are highly appreciated!
- The price already includes the Paypal transaction fee
- Please finish the first 50% payment within 1 week after placing orders, after 1 week I will cancel the order. If you have problems causing delay, please notify me to extend the time
3. REFUND
- Review section 1.WORK PROCESS to understand the steps
- I only refund each time within Step 1 and Step 3 (which means I haven't started Step 2 and 4)
- I will refund 50% if you cancel orders within Step 3 and have already paid 100% (which means I haven't started Step 4)
- If canceling after Step 3, I will only refund 10-20% base on the remaining process, if the artwork is already done and went to the finalization phase, I will not refund
- If I have personal problems and cancel the orders, I will refund 100%. For any other problems which cause by me, I will refund based on both sides' agreement
4. CUSTOMER'S BENEFIT
- You can use the commissioned piece for any personal use
- Orders above 100$ will receive freebies (chibis, sketches,...). Familiar customers will receive extra coupons, freebies,.../every 5 orders
- You have the right to set deadlines and request process updates (3 full reviews as in section 1. WORK PROCESS and other times will be cropped images)
- If I delay the deadline, I will notify you. You can cancel the orders if I delay the deadline for too long, and I will refund based on the agreement and the remaining process
- Free sketch changing: 3 times (major details: character, composition, pose,..). Starting from the 4th time will be charged an extra 5$/time
- The default size is 3000 x 3000 px, RGB color, 300dpi, PNG file. You can change or customize it as you please. You can also request for transparent background file
5. COPYRIGHTS
- By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work. Please ask for permission if you want to resell, edit,...
- Any form of trace, thief, copy, heavily referenced, claimed as others,... is strongly forbidden!
- Commercial use such as mass selling/printing/producing have to be discussed beforehand
- Credit me as @_toriumu or provide the link to my social media profile when you want to post/use the artwork anywhere
- I can post the commission (with a watermark) on my social platforms or use it as samples on my website, if you want it to be private, please pay an extra fee: 10% of the total price
