Terms of Services
This ToS applied for personal commission. Commercial commission will follow the terms in the contract between partiesPlease read carefully before placing an order to avoid cancelling mid process.
By ordering, you are confirming that you agree to all terms belowIf you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to ask!
1. WORK PROCESS (IMPORTANT)
Step 1: I receive your commission brief and you pay 50% or 100% upfront. (I will only continue after receiving payment)
Step 2: Rough sketch -> Sketch options (1-4 options)
Step 3: Finalize clean sketch and you pay the remaining 50% (if applicable) (I will only continue after receiving payment)
Step 4: Render and finalize
TAT: 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on complexity and requests. Urgent deadlines may require an additional fee
Reviews: 3 total revisions allowed per stage (sketch, line art, final render)
2. PAYMENT
- Process: 50% or 100% payment upfront. Remaining 50% (if any) is due after sketch approval
- Method: Paypal (Tips are highly appreciated!)
- Note: Prices include PayPal transaction fees
- Deadline: Please complete the first payment within 1 week. If not, the order may be canceled unless you notify me in advance to extend the time
3. CUSTOMER'S BENEFIT
- Personal Use: You're free to use the commission for personal/non-commercial purposes. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand
- Bonuses: Orders over $300 receive surprise freebies (chibis, sketches, etc.). Repeat customers receive perks every 5 orders.
- Progress & Updates: You're entitled to 3 full review updates and can request cropped previews in between
- Deadlines: You can request a deadline within 3 months (if suitable). If I miss a deadline, I’ll notify you. If it's significantly delayed, you may request a cancellation and refund based on progress
- Revisions: Major sketch changes (character, pose, composition): 2 free changes, then $30/change.
Minor detail changes: 5 free changes, then $10/change
- File Specs: Default delivery is a 3000x3000px (or customized based on brief), PNG file, RGB, 350dpi. Custom sizes or transparent backgrounds available on request
4. REFUND
- Review section 1.WORK PROCESS to understand the steps
- Refunds allowed: Only during Step 1 or Step 3 before the next stage starts
- Partial Refunds: 50% refund if you cancel during Step 3 after full payment and rendering hasn’t started
- No Refunds: Once Step 4 has started
- If I cancel due to personal issues: 100% refund will be issued
- Delays caused by me: Refunds are negotiable depending on progress
5. COPYRIGHTS
- Ownership: You are purchasing the service, not the full rights. I retain all copyrights.
- Restrictions: No tracing, copying, AI feeding, heavily referencing, reselling, or claiming the work as your own, etc,..
- Commercial Use: Must be discussed in advance (e.g., advertising, printing, merchandise, mass production)
- Credit: Required when posting - tag @_toriumu or include a link to my profile
- Public Posting: I may post your commission with a watermark as a sample. For private commissions, a 20% privacy fee applies
